Hey there, my name is Sean R. Wilson.

I’m the founder and editor of Lucrativehood. I worked previously as head of content and chief editor for FinTech companies in New York City and San Francisco.

Since 2018, more and more people have visited Lucrative Hood to learn about topics like make money online, crypto hacks, investing and saving.

I’ll never forget the day I decided I wanted to help others become better with making money on the internet. Unfortunately, I can’t forget that day because I was pretty ticked off.

When I needed help learning how to make money and invest online, I went to people who I thought had my best interests at heart. And for a year or so, I thought all was well.

But thanks to a few mentors of mine, I started to realize the mistake I made. 

So I made a decisions that I’ll always be grateful for: to start writing about feasible ways to make money online.

I set up a blog and started writing (on a different site than this one). And while the site did OK, I learned a ton about both personal finance and online marketing.

In 2018, after taking a hiatus from blogging (I sold my previous site in 2016) I started Lucrative Hood. I didn’t expect that in just one year I would be running this site full-time. I simply wanted to write and share the best of what I knew about online marketing.

But thanks to a commitment to writing and a few lucky breaks — here we are.
